Deepti Verma is employed at Nucleus Software as an Associate Solutions Consultant, within the cloud implementation department of product FinnOne Neo™. Deepti very fondly recounts how her journey began 11 years ago when she joined Nucleus as a fresher through her college Training Placement Officer and enrolled for the National School of Banking & Technology(NSBT) course conducted by Nucleus. Deepti was young, newly married, and looking out for a career and didn’t imagine that her decision to join Nucleus would turn out to be the best moment in her life, providing her a kickstart to a stable and enriching professional life. 

Nucleus in Deepti’s words is recognized as one of the best solution providers across the globe, and working here provided her with ample opportunities to learn where she had the opportunity to grow professionally and evolve by enhancing her skills. Joining Nucleus, a product-based company itself was motivating, and her first role was to enhance customer business with the best solutions within the product boundaries.

Deepti is very grateful for the flexibility provided by Nucleus. Her personal journey over the past 11 years has been smooth and effortless. She has been able to maintain a work- life balance and continues to be cheerful at work. She had a smooth transition to motherhood thanks to the daycare facility provided at the Nucleus campus. Also, another great initiative was the well-being leave offered and which could be planned by all employees. These and many more employee friendly policies helped her sail through smoothly even when the ride was a little hectic during the work from home tenure in the pandemic lockdown period.   

Deepti had many work-related travel opportunities from 2016 to 2019; she worked onsite for a project at BOQ in Australia for a month and managed it with the support of her husband as her son was only 3 years old then. This was a professional transition for her career.

As she moved to Cloud implementation in a new department, she handled a project in Chennai, Five Star Business Finance, and was stationed there for a month to launch the new product. She also traveled to Vietnam in 2019; all these travels gave her immense exposure and helped in giving crafting her career. Since then, she has handled many clients efficiently, and at present, she is the key SPOC for LMS, one of the new product modules. With all this exposure and onsite interactions with clients her communication skills improved to another level.
She started in Quality Control where she was handling projects internally but today, she is the face of Nucleus as she represents the company to its clients. Today, she is more than capable of handling a hectic work environment of cloud implementation when needed, sailing through all the hiccups of day-to-day working. Her main motivation is delighting her customers and that’s what keeps Deepti going. 

Deepti’s work mantra is to maintain a balance in learning and upgrading skills according to market trends, and always work towards a single-minded goal of achieving customer satisfaction!!
