Managing Director
Mr. Vishnu R. Dusad is one of the main founders of Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. and has served as a Director since the inception of the Company.
Mr. Dusad completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and has been associated with the development of the software industry in India since 1983 as an entrepreneur. He was appointed Managing Director of the Company in January 1997.

CEO and Executive Director
Mr. Parag Bhise is the Chief Executive Officer at Nucleus Software. In his most recent role as EVP Product Engineering, he has been responsible for ensuring that our flagship products – FinnOne Neo™ and FinnAxia™ – are developed using the latest technologies and techniques.
He combines three decades of experience with a passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems.
Mr. ANURAG MANTRI
Executive Director and P&L Head – Services
Mr. Anurag Mantri started his career with Nucleus Software in 1994 and today leads the company’s Services Business. In addition to providing executive oversight to Customer Engagements and expanding the business to cover new geographies, he is responsible for the strategy of the Services Business where he is focusing on shaping the company’s Digital Transformation services
Ms. Prema Rajaraman
Chief People Officer
Ms. Prema Rajaraman is the Vice President and Chief People Officer at Nucleus Software. She is responsible for overseeing people strategy, organization transformation activities and rolling out effective initiatives to facilitate an open and conducive learning environment.
Prema brings over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, which is a mix of Account management, Delivery responsibilities and Learning & Development initiatives.
Mr. Brajesh Khandelwal
P&L Head – FinnOne Neo™
Mr. Brajesh Khandelwal is the business head for the FinnOne Neo™ suite of products. He has been part of Nucleus growth journey for over two decades with 25 years of industry experience. He has handled multiple large engagements such as ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Amex, Citi Financials, Tokyo Star Bank amongst over 50 customer engagements. Brajesh is a lending domain expert with deep understanding of customer business processes, technology platforms, product design thinking and solutioning.
Mr. Ashwani Arora
P&L Head – Global Customer Success Team
Mr. Ashwani Arora, SVP - Head of Global Customer Success Team, is responsible for the full range of post implementation engagements for more than 150 customers in 50 countries worldwide. He also leads the Captive Auto Finance business and is focused on ensuring that our customers gain the maximum business benefits from our sophisticated software products.
Dr. Ritika Dusad
Chief Innovation Officer & Executive Director
Dr. Ritika Dusad is leading Marketing and Innovation at Nucleus with a focus on data-based decision making and ideation. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of California, Los Angeles and thereafter pursued a PhD in Physics at Ivy League- Cornell University, USA. During her PhD, she worked on both theoretical and experimental aspects of magnetism and designed and built a novel cryogenic spectrometer to detect magnetic monopoles.
Mr. Sanjeev Kulshreshtha
Head of Engineering
Mr. Sanjeev Kulshreshtha, SVP - Head of the Product Development for FinnOne Neo™ and FinnAxia™ product range. Sanjeev brings over 30 years of rich experience and is responsible for Engineering and Development of Nucleus’ flagship products. Sanjeev, in his role, is responsible for introducing new technologies, tools and practices to the engineering organization.
